Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexisra (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Nexisra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Nexisra is a social intelligence platform that helps businesses understand and act on their social media performance. Features and availability may change as the Service develops, and some described features may not yet be available.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

If you connect a third-party platform (such as Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn) to Nexisra, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and you remain subject to that platform's own terms of service in addition to these Terms. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect or process data on behalf of a third party without their consent.

5. Subscription plans and billing

Nexisra currently offers a free Starter plan. Paid plans (Growth, Scale) described on the Billing page represent planned pricing; billing is not yet active, and no payment will be charged without clear notice and your explicit confirmation at the time billing is introduced.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Nexisra. Your business data and connected account data remain yours; we do not claim ownership over it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Insights, analytics, and recommendations provided by Nexisra are informational and should not be treated as guaranteed business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexisra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
